Flour of Scotland Whole Bean Coffee

Shortly after launching Flour of Scotland, we started dreaming about offering a coffee that paired perfectly with our shortbread. We knew it had to be a superior product and we knew if we were to put our name to it, our customers needed to be wowed by it. 

Following months of extensive tasting and testing, we landed on an exquisite bean from a single estate farm in the misty forested hills of Guatemala. 

The farmer is a 5th generation coffee producer and his labor of love is to run the organic agro-forest farm in a way that preserves the land and life of the farm for generations to come. Because of this, he has held Rainforest Certification since the early 2000’s which has a strong focus on the care of the land.
